Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and OneAlpha ("we", "us") for your use of the OneAlpha website and app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Not investment advice

OneAlpha is a research and analytics tool. We are not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst, and nothing in the Service is investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Screens, scores, signals and backtests are generated mechanically by published rules, without regard to your finances, goals or risk tolerance. You alone decide what to trade, and you are responsible for those decisions.

2. Risks you accept

3. Your account

4. Plans and billing

5. Broker connections and orders

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and its content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal investing research, not for redistribution or commercial resale.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, and will give notice of changes that materially reduce what a paid plan includes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
